Mushroom, pesto and feta pizza
- Heat oven to 200degC. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Spread with pesto, leaving the edges free of topping.
- Scatter with mushrooms and feta, drizzle all over with olive oil and season with pepper.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown. Slice and serve immediately.
