Salmon and potato bake
- Heat oven to 180 degC. Cook potatoes, cut into wedges in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain well and place in a baking dish. At the same time, cook roughly chopped head broccoli in boiling water for one minute, then drain well and scatter over the potatoes.
- Break up well drained salmon into chunks and scatter over the vegetables in the baking dish. Season all over with black pepper.
- In a bowl, stir garlic and cold water into the canned soup to combine. Pour soup over salmon and vegetables to evenly cover.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until dish is bubbling hot and golden brown. Scatter with chopped parsley and serve.
