Smoked salmon pizza
- Heat oven to 210 degC. Place pizza base on a baking tray. Spread with pasta sauce, leaving the edges free of topping. Arrange salmon on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown.
- Spoon over dollops of sour cream and scatter with chopped fresh chives. Slice and serve immediately.
