Chocolate fruit mince slice
- Heat oven to 160 degC fan bake. Grease a 17 x 27cm slice tin and line with baking paper with an overhang on all sides.
- Gently melt the chocolate, butter, sugar and cream in a pot or microwave in a bowl. Stir until smooth and leave to cool a little before stirring in the fruit mince.
- Stir in the beaten eggs. Add the flour and stir to combine. Spread the mixture in the prepared tin.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until just set. Remove to cool then refrigerate. Cut into squares and dust with icing sugar. Serve with fresh berries on the side.
