Beef and Asian Greens Stir Fry
A quick and healthy meal to make mid-week. Serve with rice or noodles for an asian taste sensation!
- Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir-fry the beef strips for 5 minutes in two batchs until browned. Remove beef strips to one side.
- Add garlic (crushed) and Asian greens(all thinly sliced) to the pan, add cold water and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss well until greens are lightly cooked.
- Return beef to the pan, add spring onions and black bean sauce and toss to combine and heat through. Serve scattered with cashew nuts.
