Nutty choc chip cookies
- Heat oven to 180 degC (160 degC fan bake). Line two baking trays with baking paper. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until pale and creamy. Beat in the egg.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, coconut, chocolate chips and toasted nuts to combine into a firm dough.
- Place tablespoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking trays. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and firm. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
