Chocolate craisin slice
|125 g||Butter, melted|
|400 g||Sweetened condensed milk|
|250 g||Vanilla wine biscuits, packet, well crushed|
|¼ cup||Cocoa powder, sifted|
|1 cup||Craisins, (dried cranberries)|
- Heat oven to 160 degC (140 degC fan bake). Grease and line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper with an overhang on all sides of the tin.
- Combine the butter and the condensed milk in a bowl. Add biscuit crumbs, sifted cocoa and craisins and stir well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and set. Remove to cool in the tin. Spread with chocolate icing, leave to set and then cut into bars.
