Chilli tuna noodles

Ingredients

1 bunch Asparagus
1 Red capsicum
400 g Udon noodles
425 g Tuna in spring water
¼ cup Sweet chilli sauce
2 Tbsp Fish sauce
2 Tbsp Light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for two to three minutes or until just tender.
  2. At the same time, cook noodles in boiling water for two minutes until just tender, or according to  packet instructions.
  3. Drain asparagus and noodles well. Toss together and combine with rest of ingredients. Serve immediately.
