
Chilli tuna noodles

Ingredients
1 bunch | Asparagus |
1 | Red capsicum |
400 g | Udon noodles |
425 g | Tuna in spring water |
¼ cup | Sweet chilli sauce |
2 Tbsp | Fish sauce |
2 Tbsp | Light soy sauce |
Directions
- Cook asparagus in boiling, salted water for two to three minutes or until just tender.
- At the same time, cook noodles in boiling water for two minutes until just tender, or according to packet instructions.
- Drain asparagus and noodles well. Toss together and combine with rest of ingredients. Serve immediately.
