Sesame tofu skewers
- Cut tofu into large cubes and place in a ceramic dish. Drizzle with sesame oil and soy sauce, then leave to marinate for two hours, or overnight. Soak bamboo skewers in cold water (this prevents the skewers burning when placed on the barbecue).
- Cut the yellow capsicum into chunks( seeds removed) and thread onto the skewers, alternating with tofu, tomatoes and lime leaves.
- Cook skewers on a heated barbecue for one to two minutes on each side until brown all over. Serve with noodles or rice.
