Ham and Courgette Slice
1. Heat oven to 190 degC and line a 17 x 27cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper.
2. Break eggs into a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and whisk lightly. Whisk in milk, grate courgette and cheese, dice ham steaks then stir in with all remaining ingredients (ensure flour is sifted).
3. Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Slice into squares.
