Chicken schnitzel parmigiano
- Preheat oven to 180 degC. Cut schnitzel pieces in half. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook schnitzels on both sides until golden. Drain schnitzels on paper towels.
- Place schnitzel in a 25cm ovenproof dish. Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and sundried tomatoes together. Place ham slices over schnitzels.
- Pour tomato mixture on top, scatter mozzarella and parmesan cheese over it. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
