Chilli, lime, pork and capsicum stir-fry
- Place garlic, lime rind, lime juice, brown sugar, finely chopped chilli and fish sauce in a bowl. Add sliced pork to the bowl and stir to coat with flavours.
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan. Quickly cook pork in batches. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Stir-fry courgettes and capsicum. When vegetables are just cooked return pork to pan. Toss until hot.
- Serve with steamed rice.
