|1.6 kgs||Chicken, chopped into 8 pieces|

|4 cloves||Garlic, crushed|
|½ cup||Olive oil|
|1||Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season|
|1 tsp||Dried oregano|
|¾ cup||Apricot, chopped|
|½ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|1½ cups||Pitted prunes, chopped|
|¾ cup||Olives, green|

|1 cup||White wine|
- Heat first measurement of oil in a large frying pan, then brown chicken in batches.
- Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours until chicken is cooked and tender.
