Chocolate orange puddings
These moreish puddings take just 15 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook - quick and easy! Make sure they're still a little wobbly in the centre when they come out of the oven.
- Preheat oven to 200C. Grease six ramekins with butter. Gently melt together the butter and chocolate, either in the microwave or in a saucepan over a low heat.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, add the flour, chocolate, liqueur and orange rind.
- Pour into ramekins and bake for 9 to 10 minutes until just set.
