Chicken with Ginger Cardamon Sauce
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add apples and garlic and cook for 4 minutes. Sprinkle over cardamom, ginger and sugar. Stir through apple mixture.
- Mix lemon juice, water and sour cream together and stir through warm apple mixture.
- Meanwhile, cut each breast in half horizontally and brush with oil. Grill, turning at times, for 10 minutes. Serve chicken with sauce, roasted walnuts and vegetables.
