Gluten-free chocolate chip biscuits
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Mix butter and sugar together until pale and creamy, add vanilla and egg, then beat well.
- Add (gluten free) flour mix, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on a baking tray. Press lightly with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
