Caramel Chocolate Chippies
A sweet twist to the traditional cookie, these delicious treats will have both kids and adults begging for a second helping.
1. Preheat oven to 180 degC. Place sugars, flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
2. Lightly whisk the egg. Make a well in the centre and add butter, egg, vanilla and mix. Lastly add chocolate chips. If your mixture is too sticky then add a little more flour.
3. Roll small balls of dough and place on a greased or lined baking tray. Press with a fork dusted with flour.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
