Mustard mash is a delicious variation on traditional mashed potatoes. This recipe goes especially well with steak, roast chicken or pork.
- Peel and chop potatoes. Place them in a saucepan of salted water and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender.
- Drain potatoes well, add cream and mustard, then bring to the boil. Remove from heat and mash.
- Mix spring onions into mash and add salt and pepper to taste.
