Pizza with salami and capsicum
A quick, easy and delicious meal to make during the week.
- Preheat oven to 220 degC. Spread pizza bases with tomato pasta sauce and top with generous amounts of red onion (cut into strips), red capsicum (seeds removed and sliced lengthways), salami, grated mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and crisp.
