Pizza with bacon, mushrooms and feta
A simple, easy and delicious mid-week meal using fresh fish.
- Preheat oven to 220 degC. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook rahers bacon, roughly chopped for a few minutes. Add button mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer, until mushrooms are just tender.
- Spread pizza bases with carmelised onion jam (available in supermarket) and cover with crumbled feta, bacon, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until pizza base is golden and crisp.
