A fresh salad meal gives you the opportunity to combine lots of different flavours and textures in one bowl. Salads aren't only side dishes or accompaniments to mains - a good salad can be a feature dish in itself!
- Scrub potatoes but leave skin on. Bring to the boil in a saucepan of salted water and simmer until just tender. Drain and allow to cool until just warm.
- Combine the chopped potatoes, drained tuna, chopped spring onions, spinach and 2 stalks of celery in a bowl.
- Mix aioli and finely chopped capers together, then pour over salad and mix well with your hands, ensuring potatoes don't get crushed.
