
Spicy grilled pork

A delicious, easy and economical mid-week meal.
Ingredients
½ tsp | Cayenne pepper |
1 Tbsp | Paprika |
1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
1 clove | Garlic |
1 tsp | Ground sage |
4 | Pork loin |
1 to grease | Olive oil |
Directions
- Combine spices, crushed garlic and ground sage in a bowl. Brush pork with a little oil and rub spice mixture onto both sides.
- Heat a grill or barbecue on high. Grill or barbecue pork for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, or until just cooked through. Serve with vegetables
