Spicy grilled pork

Spicy grilled pork

A delicious, easy and economical mid-week meal.

Ingredients

½ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ground sage
4 Pork loin
1 to grease Olive oil

Directions

    1. Combine spices, crushed garlic and  ground sage in a bowl. Brush pork with a little oil and rub spice mixture onto both sides.
    2. Heat a grill or barbecue on high. Grill or barbecue pork for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, or until just cooked through. Serve with vegetables
