Pork and vegetable stir-fry
An easy to make, delicious and affordable mid-week meal.
- Heat a wok or frying pan, add a little oil and stir-fry pork (cut into pieces) until brown. Set aside.
- Add a little more oil and stir-fry sliced capsicums, beans (trimmed and blanched) and trimmed spring onions for 5 minutes over a high heat.
- Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce, then return pork to the pan, tossing well. Serve in bowls with rice or noodles, scattered with sesame seeds.
