Stir-fry beef and asian greens
This healthy mid-week meal should be served hot with a bowl of steamed rice.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add oil and stir-fry beef (cut into strips) in two or three small batches to brown all over, then remove to a plate.
- Add chilli (chopped with seeds removeds) and chopped garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Raise heat, add sliced bok choy, oyster and soy sauces, toss and stir-fry quickly until the greens have wilted.
- Return beef to the wok, toss and stir-fry to combine. Serve immediately, with steamed rice if desired.
