Quick mushroom stroganoff
This quick and easy meal is perfect for people who love the taste of mushrooms!
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large frying pan and cook the sliced onion for 5 minutes until soft. Add the crushed garlic and smoked sweet paprika, then cook for a further minute. Add the flat mushrooms and sliced button mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until browned.
- Add the white wine and allow to simmer for fraiche and season well with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
