Sticky pork spare ribs
These sticky pork spare ribs are delicious but the only way to eat them is with your fingers, so you may want to keep a napkin handy!
- Place pork spare ribs in a large, shallow dish and pour over sauces, maple syrup and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 180C. Remove ribs from the marinade and arrange in a single layer in a large roasting dish.
- Cook for 45 minutes, turning at times, until crisp and golden. Add a little of the marinade during cooking if the pan gets too dry.
