Tuna and potato bake
This is a great way to make a delicious meal from ingredients found in the freezer and pantry.
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Place potato wedges in an oven-proof dish and bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Drain the tuna thoroughly and mix with the sliced red onion, mayonnaise and most of the chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the tuna mix over the wedges, combining it slightly. Top with grated cheese and grill until cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle over the remaining chives and serve with a crisp green salad.
