Sesame pork with ginger noodles
A delicious Asian inspired pork dish, this can be served simply with a sprinkling of spring onion or a side of steamed vegetables.
- Drizzle 2 tbsp of the soy sauce over the pork pieces. Tip the sesame seeds onto a large plate and press meat (sliced into 1cm thick pieces) into them to cover both sides of the meat evenly.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the pork for 5 minutes on each side. Remove pork from the pan and set aside to keep warm. Fry peeled and finely chopped ginger in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, drain and add to the pan along with the remaining soy sauce. Sprinkle with some finely sliced spring onions and serve with the pork.
