Individual banoffi tarts
Tip! To caramelise condensed milk, boil the can unopened in a pot of water for two hours.
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place biscuits in the bowl of a food processor and process until you have fine crumbs. Add butter and pulse until well combined.
2. Press crumbs firmly into the base and sides of 6 x 8cm tart pans. Bake crumbs for 5 to 10 minutes until firm. Watch that they don't get too dark. Allow tart cases to cool.
3. Place the caramelised milk in a bowl (to caramelise condensed milk, boil the can unopened in a pot of water for two hours or buy caramel flavoured condensed milk from the supermarket). Mix in 2 to 3 tablespoons of whipped cream. Distribute caramel between cool tart cases.
4. Slice bananas and arrange on the caramel, top with a dollop of cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate. Serve at once.
