Sticky chicken

Sticky chicken

This dish is perfect for entertaining, serve with cold drinks and a salad.

Ingredients

1 kg Chicken nibbles
¼ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tsp Fresh ginger
2 cloves Garlic

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a large non-metal baking dish, pour over hoisin, soy and tomato sauce as well as grated ginger and  crushed and chopped garlic. Mix well and refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook chicken for 10 minutes on high in the microwave and then transfer to a preheated barbecue hotplate and cook until well coloured.
