Grilled peaches with yoghurt & almonds
The perfect dessert - the peaches go beautifully with the yoghurt, and the almonds give a delightful kick.
- Cut peaches in half and remove stones.
- Melt together the butter with the brown sugar and brush liberally over the cut side of the peaches.
- Grill or barbecue peaches until just tender.
- Serve the peaches with a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle with almonds.
