Fruity afghan slice
- Preheat oven to 180C. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in combined flour and cocoa, then cornflakes, cranberries and raisins.
- Press mixture into a lined 28 x 20cm lined slice pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until firm and cracked on top.
- Sit slice pan on a cake rack to cool, then turn slice out onto a board.
- Mix together icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl, add melted butter and enough hot water to make a firm icing. Spread chocolate icing over cooled slice.
