Carrot and Currant Salad
With a total preparation time of under 20 minutes, this is a great dish to whip together last minute.
1. Combine grated carrot, currant andlightly toasted pine nuts together in a bowl.
2. Mix the yoghurt with the garlic, dill and sea salt to taste.
3. Pour the yoghurt dressing over the salad and mix well.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
