Quinoa millet porridge

Porridge is really sustaining and a healthy start to the day. The combination of grains here will give you a good protein boost as well, which is essential for keeping blood sugar levels stable. Serve porridge with our fragrant winter compote, yoghurt or milk. Serves 3 to 4, ready in 15 mins
- Combine all ingredients, except for the sugar, in a saucepan.
- Heat slowly until thick and creamy.
- Sprinkle with sugar and serve with milk of your choice.
