Guilt-free chocolate mousse
All the fun without the guilt, the chocolate mousse tastes light as air.
- Mix gelatine and boiling water together in a small bowl, stir until gelatine dissolves.
- Place well-chilled evaporated milk (low fat) into a large bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until frothy. Whisk in cocoa and sugar (or substitute sugar replacement).
- Continue whisking while adding gelatine in a thin and steady stream. Pour into serving cups, glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for 3 or more hours to set. Dust with extra cocoa to serve.
