Ingredients

1 tsp Sesame oil
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Celery stick, thinly sliced
2 Bok choy, sliced
1 Carrot, cut into julienne strips
9 Snow peas, trimmed
2 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp Cornflour, blended with 1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Red chilli, thinly sliced
425 g John West Chunk Style Tuna - Olive Oil Blend, drained

Directions

Heat Sesame Oil in a wok, add Onion, Celery, Bok Choy, Carrot, Snow Peas and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add Ginger, blended Cornflour and Soy Sauce and cook for 1 minute.

Gently stir in drained John West Tuna, Chilli and heat through.

TIP: Add extra water for a saucier Stir Fry.
