Blueberry bran muffins

Annabel says: With their high fibre content and antioxidant-rich blueberries, these flour-free muffins are a baked treat you don't have to feel guilty about.
- Preheat oven to 180°C fanbake and grease and line 12 muffin pans with baking paper or cupcake cases.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and golden syrup in a medium bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients except blueberries to create a smooth batter. Stir in berries.
- Spoon into prepared muffin pans and bake until cooked through and set (25 minutes). They will last several days in an airtight container.
