Fresh peaches, honey oats and yoghurt

Fresh peaches, honey oats and yoghurt

This dish has all the components for a healthy summer breakfast.

Ingredients

¾ cup Rolled oats
¾ cup Rolled oats
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Honey, (either runny or melted)
4 Peaches
2 cups Greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Mix the oats in a bowl with the oil and honey.
  2. Pour the oats on to a small oven tray, spread out and toast for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool.
  3. Wash and slice the peaches. Place on plates with yoghurt topped with oats, extra honey to drizzle on the side.
