Fresh peaches, honey oats and yoghurt
( SERVES 4 )
This dish has all the components for a healthy summer breakfast.
- Preheat oven to 180C. Mix the oats in a bowl with the oil and honey.
- Pour the oats on to a small oven tray, spread out and toast for approximately 15 minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool.
- Wash and slice the peaches. Place on plates with yoghurt topped with oats, extra honey to drizzle on the side.
