Baked brie & balsamic strawberries
( SERVES 4 )
This is an easy, tasty nibble to serve with drinks or as a starter to dinner.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the strawberries in a small baking pan with the rosemary. Drizzle with the honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Arrange the brie in another small pan. Place both the pans in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. The brie should be quite soft and the strawberries cooked but still freshly coloured.
- Place the brie on a serving plate and to with the strawberries and the liquid. Serve immediately with sliced crusty bread or crackers.
