Little spiced logs

Ingredients

1 medium Onion, chopped
3 Tbsp Chopped parsley
3 Tbsp Mint
1 Garlic clove, chopped
2 tsp Ground mixed spice
500 g Lean minced beef

For the sauce

¾ cup Greek yoghurt
3 Tbsp Finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Place the onion, herbs, garlic, mixed spice and seasonings in a food processor and quickly pulse to blend. Add the mince, salt and pepper to taste, and mix until well combined.
  2. Shape into 8 logs about 3-4cm thick. Thread onto wooden skewers, if preferred.
  3. Grill or pan-fry on a ridged frying pan for about 5 minutes each side, until cooked.
  4. Combine the ingredients for the sauce, season with salt and serve with the logs.
