Stir-fried cabbage with herbs

Serve this flavoursome cabbage with store-bought meatballs for a speedy and nutritious weeknight meal.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan with a fitted lid or large heavy-based saucepan.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add the shredded cabbage and ground coriander. Cover and cook the cabbage until just tender, tossing once or twice. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
- Serve cabbage with store-bought meatballs and some mustard on the side.
