Beat the heat with this reasy refreshing cooler. Add light rum and turn it into a cocktail too.
- Make a large teapot of hot tea by mixing your favourite regular tea and a fragrant tea (such as earl or lady grey). Add thin slices of fresh ginger and a little honey to sweeten, steep until cool, then chill until cold.
- Pour tea into a cold jug, add frozen slices of lemon and orange and serve on ice with fresh mint. It’s also great topped off with a little lemonade and makes a great cocktail mixer too. Try light rum, iced tea, a squeeze more citrus, and top with something fizzy.
