Chillied spaghetti goat's cheese toastie
|4 slices||White sandwich bread|
|2 tsp||Sweet chilli sauce|
|60 g||Goat's milk cheese, a chalky, chevre-type one is best, diced|
- Heat a toastie iron. Lay two slices of bread, buttered side down, in the iron.
- Divide the spaghetti between them, drizzle with the chilli sauce and top with the cheese.
- Sit the other slice of bread on top, butter facing up.
- Close lid and cook until golden.
