Apple and sultana crumble
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C. Place the flour and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the butter and rub it into the flour mixture using your fingertips until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the rolled oats and mix to combine. Set aside. Place the apples, sultanas,maple syrup and mixed spice in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Spoon into 4 x 1 cup-capacity ovenproof dishes. Top with the crumble mixture and bake for 1 hour or until the crumble is golden and the apples are tender.
- Serve with icecream.
