Ice cream sundae with macadamias and orange
( SERVES 4 )

|150 g||Dark chocolate|
|2 Ltr||Vanilla ice cream, (of good quality ice cream)|
|½ cup||Macadamia nuts, (roasted and salted, roughly chopped)|
- Chill sundae glasses in the freezer.
- Grate or roughly chop the chocolate. Put into a saucepan with the cream and milk, heat gently while stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the ice cream into the glasses, pour over the sauce then add the nuts and orange zest.
