Lettuce with bacon and blue cheese dressing
|½ large||Iceberg lettuce|
|½ cup||Blue cheese dressing, store bought, choose a good one|
|50 g||Blue cheese, crumbled|
|½ cup||Croutons, small|
- Remove any untidy outside leaves from the lettuce plus the core. Cut the lettuce into 4 wedges.
- Grill or microwave the bacon until crisp. Crumble.
- Place the lettuce on a serving platter. Top with the bacon, the dressing, blue cheese and croutons.
