Easy rose ice cream with pistachios
|1 Tbsp||Mint leaves, fresh, chiffonade, plus some extra for garnish|
|1 tub||Vanilla ice cream, softened|
|2 Tbsp||Rose syrup|
|1 tsp||Ground cardamom|
|¼ cup||Pistachio nuts, chopped, plus some extra to garnish|
|1 handful||Rose petals, to garnish|
- Add the saffron to 2 Tbsp of warm water and leave for a few minutes.
- Mix together all of the ingredients, except the rose petals and the mint and pistachio nuts that will be used for garnish.
- Place back in to the container and freeze for an hour or until set.
- Scoop the icecream and garnish with the mint, pistachio and rose petals to serve.
