Raspberry and coconut sorbet

This sorbet is something I often make because it is quick, delicious and super-healthy. It only uses three ingredients and berries are nutritional powerhouses, so this is the perfect not-so-naughty treat.
- Place the frozen raspberries in a blender or food processor and blitz until broken down into fine crystals. Add the coconut cream and honey and blitz until all the ingredients are combined. You may have to scrape the sides down a couple of times.
- Blend until you have the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
