Mashed carrot and parsnip

A nutritious and tasty side dish to add to your winter menus.
- Place carrots and parsnips into a saucepan of salted cold water and boil until tender.
- Drain, add sour cream and butter and mash until smooth. Stir through chives and dill and season.
