Baked eggs with toulouse sausage

|4 slices||Ham, off the bone|
|8||Sausages, best quality breakfast sausages you can find|
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease the ramekins with butter then line with slices of ham.
- Crack one or two eggs, depending on the size of the ramekins, into each then pour in the cream and season.
- Lay the sausages in a baking dish (don't prick or the moisture will be lost) and bake in the oven with the eggs for 10 minutes.
